Children who´s families intend to return to Brazil usually are studying at Brazilian schools. Choosing between Japanese and Brazilian education systems is one of the hardest tasks Brazilian parents face in Japan. Brazilian schools are not public (fees are between 400 and 500 USD/month), have usually poor structure (very few have a library, for example) and as enterprizes, usually make profit out of many items, including school uniform. Children who study in Brazilian schools don´t have yet the same benefits that children in Japanese schools do. One example is transportation fee: For buses and trains tickets for example, they are charged full price. It is also very difficult for a child of a Brazilian school to integrate with the Japanese society.

The return to Brazil, however, very oftenly takes much more time than planned.
