Alzheime r's Association will present a seminar to help identify and reduce our risk factors to developing Alzheimer's Disease.  Points that will be covered will include:

• Understand the risk factors for Diabetes, Hypertension
  and how they relate to Alzheimer’s disease.
• Learn steps to reduce the risk factors.
• Learn how to maintain a healthier lifestyle.
• Develop a personal action plan
