Imagawayaki was for sale when I went on July 15. It is a sweet dessert traditionally made with sweet batter on the outside and azuki bean paste on the inside, although it is possible to fill the batter with other food items.

The Orange County Buddhist Church obon was selling Imagawayaki when I went on July 15. It is a sweet dessert traditionally made with sweet batter on the outside and azuki bean paste on the inside, although it is possible to fill the batter with other food items.
