This is the tiradito de pescado from Wakatay Restaurant - Peruvian Nikkei Cuisine in Gardena. It's part of their special appetizer dish.

In addition to looking really pretty, it was also delicious! Tiradito is similar to ceviche. This one was filet slices of sole sashimi soaked in citrus and had a spicy yellow sauce. Very light.
