Color silent amateur footage (1940's-early 1950's) taken by Terminal Island resident Ben Fukuzaki, primarily of the fishing industry in and around Fish Harbor, Terminal Island, and San Pedro, California.

This segment shows footage of the annual Fisherman's Fiesta in San Pedro, California; the view from dockside as decorated fishing boats motor down the San Pedro channel; one boat is decorated with the scene "Halloween Sea Fantasy"; a boat carries a large heart-shaped banner saying "Be my Valentine"; a boat is decorated with large pumpkins; a boat carries the scene "Landing of Columbus" (02:57).
