Color silent amateur footage (1940's-early 1950's) taken by Terminal Island resident Ben Fukuzaki, primarily of the fishing industry in and around Fish Harbor, Terminal Island, and San Pedro, California.

This segment shows fishing boats at sea; lowering dinghies from the stern of the motoring boat; nets piled on the boat's stern; fishermen in the dinghy, deploying nets; the boat's captain at the wheel (from behind) (00:42).
