This is my favorite breakfast item and/or mid-day snack. A hot dog wrapped in soft Chinese/Japanese-style baked bread. The Yamazaki Bakery "weiner pan" is tasty, with a hint of mayo and pepper spread on top of the bread.
My mom still calls Yamazaki, Ikeda Bakery.
