Hajime Watanabe


Former intern and journalist for the North American News Agency. While studying abroad at the University of Washington, he participated in the Minedoka trip as a scholarship student and was involved in running the program. He also conducted interviews and tried to hear the voices and thoughts of as many trip participants as possible from a wide range of generations and backgrounds. He is currently affiliated with the School of Culture, Media and Society at Waseda University.
