Cooking Demonstration and Book Signing with Sonoko Sakai

Author and instructor Sonoko Sakai will do a cooking demonstration, with a small tasting, based on a recipe from her newest book, Japanese Home Cooking: Simple Meals, Authentic Flavors.

Following the demonstration, she will sign copies of Japanese Home Cooking as well as her previous work, Rice Craft.

Included with museum admission. Space is limited so RSVPs are strongly recommended using the link below.
