To mark the 10th anniversary of the Center for Japanese Studies Dr. Ken Ruoff presents a lecture: “Japan’s Challenge to the International System of Racism” drawn from his celebrated new book Imperial Japan at Its Zenith .

Book signing reception to follow the lecture. On sale will be copies of both the English and Japanese Japanese versions. The Japanese version is titled
「紀元二千六百年―消費と観光のナショナリズム」

After 5:00 pm on Fridays, free parking is available in all three of the PSU parking garages.
