The Japanese American Service Committee will hold two informational meetings in November. Both are free and open to the public.

On Wednesday, November 7, "Five Wishes Revisited" will show you how to document your preferences in medical and end-of-life care, and how to make them known to your family.

On Wednesday, November 14, a panel discussion will address the topic of reverse mortgages.

These community education meetings will begin at 3 pm, and will be held at the Japanese American Service Committee, 4427 N. Clark Street, Chicago. For further information, contact Frances Chikahisa, social worker, at 773.275.7212, ext. 225.
