Time: 10 a.m. – noon


The theme of this workshop is self-defense and situational awareness. The first 30 minutes will focus on situational awareness and everyday preparation. The second 90 minutes will introduce practical, all-purpose self-defense techniques to minimize attacks and facilitate escape. Each workshop will be taught by Little Tokyo Matsubayashi-ryu Karate-do 6th Degree Black Belt Art Ishii Sensei. Limited to 50 participants. Free, donations appreciated.
