Zev Yaroslavsky
Zev Yaroslavsky, first elected to the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors in 1994, represents 2 million constituents in a district that stretches across the region from the Pacific Ocean to the San Fernando Valley to Hollywood. He’s been widely praised for his efforts on behalf of the environment, the arts, public health and Los Angeles’ homeless population. Prior to his election as a one of five county supervisors, he served on the Los Angeles City Council.
