Yukari Sakamoto
Nascida em Tóquio, Yukari Sakamoto é autora de Food Sake Tokyo publicado pela The Little Bookroom como parte dos Terroir Guides. Formada pelo Instituto de Culinária Francês, Yukari também é sommelier e consultora de shochu. Seu marido é um peixeiro japonês e ex-comprador do Mercado Tsukiji. Yukari Sakamoto foi reitora de Mori no Ike por oito anos.
