Chicken Katsu

One of the great things about being JA in my opinion is the food!! Just growing up with all those wonderful dishes is more than enough reason to get together and eat! For one of our New Staff get-togethers we made our own dinner of freshly cooked rice, a garden salad with sesame seed dressing, spaghetti, and, a classic, chicken katsu. They were fried to a beautiful golden brown and were absolutely delicious!
