 ue Castle centuries ago\, an appreciation for tea culture has been passed 
 down through generations and enjoying &lt;em&gt;matcha&lt;/em&gt; at afternoon tea o
 r serving it to guests in one’s home has become an integral part of peop
 le’s lives. At this intimate seated workshop\, you’ll delve into the c
 ity’s tea culture first-hand with Matsue craftspeople\, whisk up a steam
 ing bowl of &lt;em&gt;matcha&lt;/em&gt;\, and learn to shape elegant &lt;em&gt;wagashi&lt;/em
 &gt; confections in Matsue’s signature style.\n\n&lt;em&gt;Participants will be 
 able to take home their tea bowl and &lt;/em&gt;chasen&lt;em&gt; (tea whisk) to enjo
