Mindfulness is a powerful tool that can help you meet everyday challenges and difficult times, leading to greater clarity, freedom, and well-being. This workshop puts into practice the ideas that were explored in the event on the previous evening. You will be introduced to the foundations of mindfulness and practical techniques to increase effectiveness and quality of life at work and home.
