É inevitável comparar a comida japonesa que conheci no Japão com outros lugares. Este lamen é do Daikokuya, um restaurante em Little Tokyo, que vive cheio e com fila grande. Não gostei muito do macarrão e a gema do ovo estava totalmente cozida. Saudades do Ippudo, em Fukuoka, o Hakata lamen era delicioso.
