 rand ballroom of The Coast Coal Harbour Hotel\, featuring a wide range of 
 sake and spirits\, in &amp;lsquo\;spirit&amp;rsquo\; to Japan and the Japanese Com
 munity. \n \n Discover products from &lt;em&gt;Artisan Sake Maker&lt;/em&gt; \, &lt;em&gt;Ax
 is Planning&lt;/em&gt; \, &lt;em&gt;CMC Sake + Wine Merchants\, Jizake Japan\, Kanaya 
 Shuzouten\, PureSake4U &lt;/em&gt; and special selections from The Consulate Gen
 eral of Japan in Vancouver. Joining us this year are BC&amp;rsquo\;s own micro
 breweries\, craft distillers and winemakers\, such as &lt;em&gt;The Parkside Bre
 wery\, Powell Street Craft Brewery\, Odd Society Spirits&lt;/em&gt; and Okanagan
 &amp;rsquo\;s &lt;em&gt;Kanazawa Wines&lt;/em&gt; .\n \n In addition\, experience food and
  appetizers prepared by &lt;em&gt;Miku Restaurant&lt;/em&gt; \, &lt;em&gt;Ryuu Japanese Kitc
 hen &lt;/em&gt; and &lt;em&gt;ShuRaku Sake Bar + Bistro&lt;/em&gt; . The chefs from each res
 taurant will also partake in our Ocean Wise Spirit Roll Sushi Challenge\, 
 where they will create their own version of the Tonari Gumi &amp;ldquo\;Spirit
  Roll&amp;rsquo\;&amp;rdquo\; by utilizing ocean friendly sustainable seafood ingr
 edients. Everyone will have a chance to taste all creations and determine 
 the winner\, along with our guest foodie judges.\n \n The night will also
