DESCRIPTION:<p style="line-height: 150%\;">The Gardena Valley JCI Japanese 
 Language School\, located at 1964 W. 162<sup>nd</sup> Street in Gardena\, 
 will be conducting a Pre-registration and Orientation Day\, on Saturday\, 
 August 24\, 2013 from 10:00 to 11:15 am.\n\n<p style="line-height: 150%\;"
 ><span style="mso-spacerun: yes\;"> The purpose of this day is to allow Pa
 rents and their families the opportunity to ask questions regarding enroll
 ment and to pre-register for the upcoming year. The classes are conducted 
 on Saturdays\, geared for children ages 5 to 17. Adult classes are also av
 ailable. During the school year\, students also have the opportunity to ex
 perience various Japanese cultural activities\, such as New Year's Celebra
 tion\, Mochitsuki (traditional rice cake pounding)\, Undokai (sports day a
 nd picnic event)\, Girl's and Boy's Days\, and demonstrations of various J
 apanese cultural arts. The 2013-2014 School Year will begin on Saturday\, 
 September 7\, 2013.\n\n<p style="line-height: 150%\;">For further informat
