Kodomo no Hi will be held in person this year!

Kodomo no Hi, or "Children's Day Festival" is a fun and exciting introduction to the rich world of children's culture in Japan. Hosted by the JCCCW, this free annual event connects children and families in the community in a shared multicultural experience. Explore Japanese and Japanese American culture, art, history, music and more at this community celebration for children's health and wellness!

This time, our event is themed around a Japanese idea called "Mottainai" -- an initiative to reduce waste and save resources. We'll be offering interactive activities, as well as live performances and demonstrations for you to enjoy!
