Led by Artistic Director and kocarina master Kurotaro Kurosaka, the Japan Kocarina Ensemble features more than 150 musicians in a program of traditional Japanese folk songs and American classics. The sound of this wooden flute orchestra ranges from gentle birdsong to dramatic fanfare, and the ensemble will be joined by taiko drums and singer Kanemi Yaguchi.
