2008年9月20日午前9時から午後6時まで、日本文化センター（ブラジル、サンパウロ）で、ロサンゼルス、サンパウロ、イトゥベラバ、サンゴタルド、フレイ・ロジェリオを繋ぐイベント「日系コミュニティの多様なアイデンティティ」についての討論会が行われ、約100名が参加しました。
