Pre- and Post- World War II Picnic Jackson Park Chicago

Licensing

Jackson Park, located on the south side of Chicago, houses the only Japanese garden in the city. In 1890, it was the site of the World's Columbian Exposition. The park was designed by famous architects and planners Frederick Law Olmsted and Daniel H. Burnham. Here are two photos of a pre- and post-war family picnic.
