(なかがわ・きょうこ)
柳田 中川 京子氏は、サンパウロ大学心理学研究所の学位を持つ心理学者です。サンパウロ・ポンティフィカル・カトリック大学 (PUC/SP) で修士号と博士号を取得しました。また、国際協力機構 (JICA) の奨学金も受けています。現在は、海外労働者情報センター (CIATE) の所長であり、ISEC の Kaeru プロジェクトのコーディネーターを務めています。
