 c.&amp;nbsp\;&lt;strong&gt;Kristin Fukushima&lt;/strong&gt;\, Managing Director of the Lit
 tle Tokyo Community Council\, will be participating in the program from Lo
 s Angeles&amp;rsquo\;s Little Tokyo.&amp;nbsp\;\n\nFukushima helped found&amp;nbsp\;&lt;s
 trong&gt;&lt;a href=&quot;https://littletokyola.org/community-feeding-community&quot; targ
 et=&quot;_blank&quot;&gt;Community Feeding Community&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;\, an initiative to pu
 rchase meals from Little Tokyo restaurants and distribute them to workers 
 in Little Tokyo impacted by COVID-19. She was highlighted in Terasaki&amp;rsqu
 o\;s project alongside James Choi and Nancy Yap\, co-founders of Community
  Feeding Community. This program will explore what being a &amp;ldquo\;hero&amp;rd
 quo\; means in times of crisis and what we can do to support and uplift ou
 r heroes.\n\nTaiji Terasaki is the artist behind our most recent exhibitio
 n\,&amp;nbsp\;&lt;em&gt;Transcendients: Heroes at Borders&lt;/em&gt;\, that looks at the c
 onsequences of prejudice\, fear\, and misuse of power and the &amp;ldquo\;hero
 es&amp;rdquo\; who confront and challenge borders\, both visible and invisible
