 >Koji Steven Sakai</strong> &nbsp\;American screenwriter and producer Saka
 i&rsquo\;s latest film&nbsp\;<em>Chink</em> &nbsp\;is the first Asian Amer
 ican serial killer film\, and made its debut at the 2013 Los Angeles Asian
  Pacific Film Festival. Sakai is the Manager of Programs for the Japanese
