 on Society-Buddhism in Action Campus Club will be hosting a  dialogue on c
 hanging from a culture of violence to a culture of peace\,  addressing the
  &nbsp\;topics of&nbsp\;peace\,&nbsp\;security and human rights. &nbsp\;Th
 e  dialogue will be based on the SGI-USA's&nbsp\;&ldquo\;From a Culture of
   Violence to a Culture of Peace: Transforming the Human Spirit&rdquo\;  e
 xhibition on view from February 2nd to the 8th\, in the 8th Floor Kimmel  
 Gallery. \n<span style="line-height: normal\; background-color: rgba(255\,
 255\,255\,0)\;"><span style="text-align: left\;">\nSGI-USA&rsquo\;s newest
  exhibition &ldquo\;From a Culture of Violence to a Culture of Peace: Tran
 sforming the Human Spirit&rdquo\; was laun<span style="display: inline\;">
 ched  in support of the People&rsquo\;s Decade for Nuclear Abolition and i
 n  commemoration of the fiftieth anniversary of declaration against nuclea
 r  weapons issued by second Soka Gakkai president Josei Toda. This  exhibi
 tion presents issues on nuclear weapons through the lens of human  securit
 y\, while placing the work of nuclear abolition at the heart of  building 
 a culture of peace. The venues where the exhibit has been shown  include t
 he Melbourne Parliament of World religions\, the University of  Hawaii\, t
 he University of Hong Kong\, the New Zealand Parliament\, the  Cooper Unio
 n in New York City\, the UN Office at Geneva during the  preparatory sessi
 on of the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) in 2008\, the  Oslo City Hall Gal
 lery\, and the Cibao Grand Theater\, Santiago\, Dominican  Republic\, Mala
 ysia\, Taiwan as well as numerous venues across the United  States.\n \n\n
