Wellness While Safer at Home

6:00p.m. - 7:30p.m.

Learn from a panel of experts from the AAPI community who specialize in health and wellness, in all aspects of life! This is your chance to ask for advice on everything from nutrition to meditation to caring for family and friends.

Join us for a panel discussion and Q&A with Matthew Shima, LMFT (Shima Therapy); Finola Rodriguez (Project Specialist for APIFM); Lupe Limón Corales (Youth Services Coordinator at LTSC); and Cheryl Masukawa (CrossFit®️ Level 1 trainer and personal trainer), as they share about their work in the community and their own personal practices.

JANM, in partnership with Changing Tides, hopes to provide a platform to share resources, build community, and create space to talk about what we need to be well. From advice from therapists to creative home cooking tips to ideas on how to create a healthy community, we’ll be diving into wellness through social media posts, virtual panels, and small interactive workshops.

This program is FREE, but please RSVP using the link below. You will be emailed instructions for how to join our conversation on Zoom. Please contact publicprograms@janm.org if you have any additional questions.

In partnership with Changing Tides, a program of the Little Tokyo Service Center, and Shima Therapy.
