Join us in Little Tokyo every Wednesday evening from 6:15 - 7:15 pm at Higashi Honganji Buddhist Temple for a relaxing yoga class!
Class is downstairs in the Social Hall, parking is Free and we provide the mats, blocks, blankets and 60 minutes of rejuvenating, relaxing and innovative yoga
Beginners absolutely welcome...we provide a range of options that suit your yoga needs and practice.
Class donation $5, doors open at 6:00 pm...hope to see you there!
