The National Japanese American Historical Society (NJAHS) is hosting an art exhibition, "Ghosts of Little Boy: Artists for Peace, Part I and II" from August 6 to October 7, 2005, and from October 15, 2005, to January 31, 2006.
The two-part cultural and political art exhibition, curated by Robert Hanamura, is to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and to promote a dialogue for peace and reconciliation.
Artists included in the exhibit include: Lucy Arai, Diana Krevsky, Ben Sakoguchi, Marlene Aron, Lucien Kubo, Lewis Suzuki, Robert Brady, Dawn Nakanishi, Kana Tanaka, Sayko Dairiki, Glen Moriwaki, Kumiko Tanaka, Esther Hernandez, Asuka Ohsawa, Scott Tsuchitani, Chiei Ishida, Arthur Okamura, Jeremy Waltman, Betty Kano, Emiko Oye, Betsie Miller-Kusz, Masaru Tanaka, and Jos Sances.
