 an intergenerational conversation on coming of age in a World War II conce
 ntration camp. The event will highlight a short film by <strong>Yuka Mura
 kami</strong> that captured a moment at the 2019 Heart Mountain Camp pilg
 rimage opening ceremony where 89-year-old <strong>Harumi “Bacon” Saka
 tani</strong>\, who was a teenage internee and former Boy Scout during Wor
 ld War II\, is adamant about raising the U.S. flag alongside his fellow Bo
 y Scouts. This program will also be a Gathering of Eagles\, providing an o
 pportunity for the community of Boy Scouts to come together in community a
 nd conversation.\n\n<span style="font-style: italic\;">This program is pre
 sented in conjunction with the exhibition Don’t Fence Me In<em>.</em>\n
