It took courage for LGBTQ+ N ikkei to live openly and with integrity in decades past.\n\nHear from four LGBTQ+ Japanese Americans who are forerunners of making Nikkei communitie s more accepting: <strong>Melvin Fujikawa</strong>\, <strong>Gary Hayashi< /strong>\, <strong>Bill Tashima</strong>\, and <strong>Mia Yamamoto</stron g>.
