Do you find yourself spun-up and irritable at work? Do you ever feel stuck and looking for better options? To be more effective, influential CEOs practice mindfulness to make the most of their intense daily routines. Mindfulness opens up the possibility of enjoying a higher level of inner freedom, creating wiser choices, and developing a more focused and flexible mind, not to mention a greater level of well-being.

Join us on a journey towards enlightenment with widely respected priest Dai Ajari Ryojun Shionuma and pioneer in teaching self-management to executives Jeremy Hunter. Being the first person in 1,300 years to complete the most difficult ascetic practices in the Shugendo Buddhist tradition, Shionuma is a source of wisdom for some of Japan’s top leaders in government and business. Professor Hunter, who lived with terminal illness for nearly two decades, teaches at the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management. He advises corporate leaders from prestigious American and Japanese organizations on why managing their minds should be their top priority.

In this program, the speakers share their personal and professional insights into mindfulness, leadership, and success.
