The relationship between Japan and China — the two greatest economies and powers of Asia — has sometimes been contentious. But how do their workplace practices, work ethic, employee rights, treatment of women and minorities, and codes of conduct compare? How do these practices affect their global cultural influence? And finally, how do they compare with U.S. employment? Japanese, Chinese and U.S. attorneys will consider these vital issues in an illuminating roundtable setting.
