 town Neighborhood Association in Portland\, Oregon\, plans a special famil
 y friendly event to showcase a different aspect of the neighborhood. On Su
 nday\, April 1\, Henry Sakamoto will lead a Cherry Blossom Walk in the Jap
 anese American Historical Plaza. The tour will gather at the Legacy Center
 \, 121 NW 2nd Avenue\, and then walk to the Plaza. In case of inclement we
 ather\, the event will be a guided tour of the Legacy Center exhibit. This
  is a great time to introduce friends to the Plaza and the Legacy Center u
 nder the guidance of one of the Plaza's "founding fathers". The public is
