DESCRIPTION:The Japanese American Service Committee (JASC)\, in cooperation
  with the Northwestern Memorial Physicians Group\, an affiliate of Northwe
 stern Memorial Hospital\, will hold its fall Health Screening Day on Satur
 day\, October 25\, from 9 am to noon.  The basic screening (blood chemistr
 y tests for diabetes\; cholesterol levels\; liver function\; kidney functi
 on\; electrolytes\, including potassium and calcium\; iron\, and blood cou
 nts) is available to JASC members for $55\, and to nonmembers for $110.  O
 ther screening tests - prostatic specific antigen for prostate cancer\; He
 licobactor Pylori-IgG for stomach bacteria\; glycohemoglobin for diabetes\
 ; and Ca 125 for ovarian cancer - are also available at additional cost.\n
