Matthew Sueda is a Yonsei based in Hawaiʻi. He works in tourism management with a focus on destination stewardship. Previously, Matt managed business and charter flight sales at All Nippon Airways and worked in municipal government in Nagasaki, where he helped develop programs to grow inbound tourism and foster community engagement. He also volunteers with the Hawaiʻi Japanese Center, supporting its archival and exhibition efforts. Matt holds degrees from the University of Tokyo and from Swarthmore College, where he majored in Japanese.
