Melissa is a JANM and JABA intern though the 2024 Nikkei Community Internship. She is a rising fourth-year at the University of California, Davis majoring in Sociology. She is an active member of the Japanese American Student Society and works as the Asian and Pacific Islander Community Coordinator at the Cross Cultural Center. When she is not working, you can find her figure skating or spending time with her cats.
