Fernando Nakasone Nozoe, nikkei yonsei nacido en Lima (1965) es ingeniero de sistemas con Maestrias en Marketing y Gestion Comercial, MBA y Neurociencia aplicada, actualmente es docente de la Escuela de Postgrado de la UTP.
Ha sido Presidente de Nishihara Chojinkai por 10 años, Vice Presidente de la Asociación Okinawense del Perú y Director de Organización de la Asociación Peruano Japonesa, actualmente es Presidente de la Comisión Centenario de Perú Nishihara Chojinkai.
