Without our Nisei parents, John & Mitsuko Yamamoto, their granddaughters would only be reading about Hinamatsuri in books. Luckily for our daughter Lora & her cousin Kristen, they received these beautiful kimonos along with The Emperor & Empress Dolls from Grandma & Grandpa in the 1980’s. How fortunate are we all to have these wonderful lasting memories!
