19420829 Memo from DOJ/INS Philadelphia offce to Edward J. Ennis, Dir of AEC

This memo from W.F. Kelly, Supervisor of Border Patrol to the Director of the Alien Enemy Control Unit, Edward J. Ennis regarding Owai Okamura's 19420817 letter stating that her husband Suyeichi was in the "First Internment Camp, Camp Livingston, Lousiana, but that their records show that he never left Fort Sill, Oklahoma where he has been since May, 1942." This is a good example of confusing times.
