Published: Jan. 18, 2009 Modified: April 11, 2025

On September 20, 2008, Discover Nikkei, together with its Brazilian affiliates - Museu Histórico da Imigração Japonesa no Brasil and the Associação Brasileira de Estudos Japoneses - held the symposium "100 Years of Japanese Immigration: The Multiple Identities of the Nikkei Community". The Discover Nikkei team visited Brazil from September 18 to 24 of that year. On the 23rd, they visited Fazenda Tozan, in the Campinas region, together with a member of the MHIJB team. This collection shows some of the moments of the trip.
