As of 2006, the Fujima Ryu of Chicago featured in this collection, became a resident arts program of the JASC. Led by longtime classical Japanese Dance teacher Shunojo Sensei, the Fujima Ryu of Chicago have gone on to perform at numerous universities and festivals throughout the country. Documented in this collection are their performances at the Japan Days Festival at the Botanic Gardens.
