 of the documentary evidence that formed the basis of\nthe landmark 1987 co
 ram nobis cases of Gordon Hirabayashi\, Fred Koramatsu\, and Minoru Yasui\
 ; and the National Council for Japanese Americans\nRedress (NCJAR) lawsuit
  of 1983. Anchored by the unique friendship between Yoshinaga and the dire
 ctor's own mother\, "Rebel With a Cause" offers an intimate portrait of an
