Time: 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Celebrate Japanese culture, cuisine, and creativity at the annual Taste of Japan Festival, returning to the STC Anaheim GardenWalk from June 13–15, 2025. This family-friendly weekend event features over 100 top Japanese vendors offering authentic street food, snacks, and handmade goods, alongside live cultural performances, anime attractions, contests, and more.

Start the weekend with the new Tokyo City Lights, an electrifying Friday night concert experience at House of Blues Anaheim, featuring TeddyLoid, Vantage, MILK TALK, and DJ Hello Kitty.

Indulge in an incredible selection of Japanese cuisine from some of Southern California’s top eateries, including crowd favorites like Kagura, Takoyaki Tanota, and Midoh. Beyond the delicious eats, visitors can stroll through Takumi Alley, a beautifully curated artisan market showcasing handmade crafts, fine art, and unique products inspired by traditional and modern Japanese culture.

For those 21 and over, the experience continues at Yokocho Fest, a VIP beer and sake garden, where guests can sip on a wide variety of Japanese brews and spirits, accompanied by classic bar snacks, all hosted by the Honda-Ya Japanese restaurant.

Taste of Japan Festival’s general admission is free.

Tickets for Tokyo City Lights x Taste of Japan are now available online for $60. Yokocho VIP tickets are offered as: $15 for general admission, which includes either 2 beer tastings, 3 sake tastings, or non-alcoholic beverages, a $60 “Brew & Bite” beer tasting package, and a $75 “Sake Lovers” sake tasting package.

With over 100,000 attendees each year, Taste of Japan has earned its place as one of Southern California’s premier cultural festivals, drawing visitors from all over to celebrate the rich traditions, flavors, and creativity of Japan.
