The Little Tokyo Parkinson's Support Group at Union Church will be holding their monthly meeting on Saturday March 22, 2025. We are honored to have as our guest speaker Mrs. Kathleen-Ross-Allee. She has been a popular guest numerous times in the past. She is a certified Yoga Specialist and graduated from Loyola Marymount University and has over 35 years of experience. She is a Clinical Health and Wellness Educator. She is currently employed at the Kaiser Woodland Hills and deals with various diseases and issues involving exercise. She works at the Cedars Sinai Tower, USC Keck and Norris Cancer Centers. Her Business is Lean Bodies Yoga Therapy And Fitness since 1992.
