Date: June 29, 2019 – June 30, 2019


The Gardena Valley Japanese Cultural Institute (GVJCI or JCI) will be hosting its annual Matsuri festival. 

Food booths: andagi, chicken teriyaki, teri burgers, yakisoba, imagawyaki, bahn mi & teri mayo Japanese dogs, lau lau, and other delicious dishes will be offered. 

JCI Matsuri Festival Scheduled: Ondo dancing (Saturday), Beer Garden, Japanese Food Booths, Hula Performances, Bingo, Game Booths for Kids, and Raffles. Come join in on the FUN, everyone is welcome!

Parking: on the street, you may have to walk

Festival tips: usually it is hot so bring sun screen and a hat, and everything you spend is for JCI programs (all for donations)

Saturday, June 29th hours: 12:00pm-8:00pm

Sunday, June 30th hours: 12:00pm-6:00pm
