Come to the Gardena Buddhist Church to celebrate their 2017 Obon Festival! Join the Gardena community for a weekend of celebration of Japanese culture, heritage, ancestry, and religion through food and dance!

The Gardena Buddhist Church was established in 1926 by the Japanese immigrants of the Gardena Valley in Southern California. Today it maintains its role in Gardena as a center for Japanese culture by hosting Japanese language classes as well as regular religious services and classes.

Saturday, 08/12/17 - 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Odori: 6:00 p.m.

Sunday, 08/13/17 - 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Odori: 6:00 p.m.
