Family Education Tour

All Members are invited to accompany their child(ren) or grandchild(ren) on a guided tour of Common Ground: The Heart of Community . This interactive and intergenerational tour will prompt discussion of what it was really like to be in America’s concentration camps. It will conclude with an activity and a visit to the Hirasaki National Resource Center, so that you can look up your family’s camp and immigration records together.

Space is limited. RSVP memberevents@janm.org or 213.830.5657 with adult Member’s name, along with names and ages of all children attending. Recommended for children ages 10 years and older, though all ages welcome.

All programs are free for Museum members and free with admission for non-members, unless otherwise noted. Events are subject to change.

Include the name, date, and time of the program, as well as your name and the total in your party.
